By booking a stay at Marimar's Beach House, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this property.

2. Booking Information

4. Property Rules & Guest Responsibilities

• •Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (additional guests subject to approval and fees)
• •No smoking inside the property (designated outdoor areas only)
• •No parties or events without prior written consent
• •Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• •Guests are liable for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
• •Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

5. Liability & Insurance

Marimar's Beach House and its owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The property owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. The arbitration shall be conducted in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

9. Modifications to Terms

Marimar's Beach House reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
